Joni Konstantelos is a Managing Director at Clermont Partners, LLC. She brings more than 20 years of finance, accounting and strategic communications experience across multiple industries for a variety of critical issues including shareholder activism, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), management transitions, NOL rights plan development and communications, equity raises and various other strategic financial and communications issues.
Prior to joining Clermont, Joni was the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Broadwind Energy, Inc., a precision manufacturer of structures, equipment and components for clean tech and other specialized applications. During her decade-long tenure with the company, Joni developed and cultivated the company’s investor relations program, was heavily engaged with the American Wind Energy Association and other industry trade associations and was part of a successful congressional lobby group to extend the production tax credit for wind energy development.
Prior to Broadwind Energy, Joni was Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis at Epcor, USA, the North American headquarters for Epcor, Inc, a Canadian-based electric utility, and she held a variety of finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility over a ten-year career at SmithBucklin and Associates, the world’s largest association management company, headquartered in Chicago. Joni started her career in internal audit for Sherwin Williams, a fortune 500 paint and coatings manufacturing company.
Joni earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute.
