Andrew Janata

Andrew brings more than a decade of experience in investor relations, finance, strategy, M&A, and ESG working with and as an advisor to C-suite leaders and IROs of domestic and multinational public and private companies.
He adds a global context to engagements by combining his experience living and working in North America, Europe, and Asia with his extensive background in both corporate and operations roles. Since transitioning from corporate to advisory, Andrew has worked with clients across sectors, including communication services, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, industrials, and information technology.
Prior to Clermont Partners, Andrew was a Vice President in Teneo’s Strategy and Communications advisory business and in Investor Relations at Conagra Brands, where he also worked on Conagra’s transformational acquisition and integration of Pinnacle Foods. Earlier in his career, Andrew held several corporate and operational roles of increasing responsibility at Chicago Bridge & Iron (CB&I), a global provider of technology, engineering, and construction services to the energy industry, including in Investor Relations and Corporate Development. He started his career at Morgan Stanley.
Andrew is a graduate of DePaul University, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business with a Master of Business Administration.
